Solutions Engineer

This employer is a provider of AI development infrastructure seeking a technical professional to manage complex relationships and deliver solutions for federal, defense, and intelligence agencies. The role focuses on leading architecture discussions and executing proofs-of-concept to support mission-critical applications.

The Role

• Lead technical engagements throughout the pre-sales lifecycle to secure technical wins within federal agencies.
• Deliver platform demonstrations tailored to the specific security and network constraints of government environments.
• Deploy and configure software solutions across cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including disconnected environments.
• Execute hands-on proofs-of-concept to validate AI and LLM-powered development workflows.
• Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal engineering teams to influence product development and feature roadmaps.

What You'll Need

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and U.S. Citizenship.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer selling infrastructure or developer tools into federal, defense, or intelligence sectors.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
• Strong proficiency in Linux fundamentals and networking concepts, including load balancers and proxies.
