Data Analyst

The Role

• Lead complex data analytics initiatives to drive strategic decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial domains.
• Design and execute advanced statistical models and predictive analytics to translate complex business problems into actionable frameworks.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level dashboards, scorecards, and reporting methodologies to ensure data accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Integrate disparate data sources—including electronic health records, claims, and financial systems—to optimize data quality and statistical efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, facilitating data strategy sessions and mentoring team members on technical and professional development.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• Proficiency in large-scale data processing, advanced statistical modeling, and data visualization within cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with industry-standard data models and healthcare data standards.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex findings to diverse audiences.
