Senior Financial Analyst

We’re partnering with a growing Atlanta-based Manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is a highly visible FP&A role with direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams, providing financial insights that influence strategy, business performance, and key decisions. Candidates must have 3+ years of FP&A experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, driving accuracy, alignment, and accountability across the organization.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis across business units, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional partners.
