Job description
About this role
About The Role
The role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and go-to-market execution: building the reporting, instrumentation, and process infrastructure that sales, marketing, and customer success teams run on daily.
Revenue operations is the connective tissue of a scaling tech company. This role owns the CRM architecture, pipeline analytics, and forecasting workflows that leadership relies on to make decisions, and identifies where broken data or manual processes are costing the business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own CRM administration and data integrity in Salesforce, including fields, validation rules, workflows, and integration points with tools like Outreach and Gong
- Build and maintain pipeline and forecast reporting in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Salesforce dashboards used weekly by leadership
- Analyze funnel performance across lead-to-close stages, identifying conversion bottlenecks and recommending process or segmentation changes
- Partner with Finance on territory design, quota setting, and commission model logic; operationalize changes in the CRM
- Evaluate, implement, and administer the GTM tech stack, managing vendor relationships and integration health
- Document and improve core revenue processes, including lead routing, opportunity stages, and deal desk workflows
- Support quarterly business reviews and board reporting with accurate, well-sourced revenue analytics
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of revenue operations, business analysis, or sales strategy experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced Salesforce administration skills (Admin certification a plus) and hands-on experience with SQL for ad hoc analysis
- Strong data visualization and reporting skills using Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Track record of shipping process improvements with measurable impact on pipeline conversion, forecast accuracy, or rep productivity
- Ability to translate between technical stakeholders and go-to-market teams, and to manage concurrent projects independently
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with RevOps tooling (Clari, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, dbt), exposure to marketing attribution, or Python for workflow automation
