About this role
About The Role
The Operations Manager owns the systems and processes that keep a fast-moving technology organization running — from internal tooling and workflow automation to cross-functional project execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams. This role matters because scaling a tech company breaks processes before it breaks people.
The Operations Manager identifies where execution stalls, rebuilds the workflows and reporting behind it, and gives leadership a clear, data-backed view of how the business actually runs day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Design, document, and continuously improve core operational processes across onboarding, procurement, vendor management, and internal support Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end — scope, timeline, owners, and deliverables — using tools like Asana, Notion, or Jira Build and maintain operational dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or advanced spreadsheets to track KPIs like cycle time, cost per process, and SLA adherence Own and administer internal tooling (Okta, Slack workflows, Zendesk, HRIS platforms), evaluating vendors and negotiating contracts Run weekly and monthly business reviews, translating raw metrics into clear insights and risk escalations for leadership Partner with Finance and People teams on headcount planning, budget tracking, and org-wide process rollouts Serve as the operational point of contact during incident response and business continuity planning What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of operations, business operations, or program management experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company Demonstrated success owning processes end-to-end, from discovery through implementation and measurement Advanced skills in SQL, Google Sheets/Excel modeling, and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) Experience administering SaaS platforms and managing vendor relationships and contracts Exceptional written communication — able to write crisp documentation, project briefs, and executive summaries Comfort operating with ambiguity in a remote-first environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience); Bonus: experience with business process automation (Zapier, Retool, or scripting), OKR program management, or certifications like PMP or Lean Six Sigma
