About this role
About The Role
The role owns the product strategy and roadmap for a core platform area — translating ambiguous business problems into a prioritized backlog that engineering teams can execute against. This is a hands-on PM role: writing specs, defining metrics, making scoping tradeoffs, and sitting in on architecture discussions. You will work directly with engineering leads, data teams, and go-to-market stakeholders.
Success is measured in shipped outcomes and adoption — not in decks produced.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the product roadmap for a core platform area, from discovery through launch and iteration Write clear, technically grounded PRDs and user stories that engineers can build from without ambiguity Run discovery with customers and internal stakeholders; synthesize findings into prioritized requirements Define success metrics and instrument them — work with data teams on dashboards, funnels, and A/B test designs Partner with engineering leads on scoping, sequencing, and technical tradeoffs; make the call when priorities conflict Manage launch execution end-to-end: beta programs, rollout plans, documentation, and stakeholder communication Track post-launch performance and kill or iterate on features that don't move the metrics that matter What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of product management experience shipping software products, with at least 2 years working directly with engineering teams Demonstrated ability to write precise specs and define API-level or data-level requirements — technical fluency is required, not optional Hands-on comfort with analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) and experimentation frameworks Track record of shipping features through ambiguous problem spaces with minimal hand-holding Strong written and verbal communication; able to present tradeoffs crisply to executives and engineers alike Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS, platform/API products, or developer-facing tools; background in engineering or data analysis; formal agile certification
