Our client is seeking a motivated
IT Project Manager
to support a growing portfolio of technology initiatives. This role is ideal for a project manager who can quickly take ownership of projects, work independently, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing multiple IT projects while partnering closely with business stakeholders, executives, vendors, and technical teams.
The organization is experiencing significant growth and is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and help deliver critical business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, communication, and status reporting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings and drive action items to completion.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
- Support a large-scale cloud migration initiative and additional strategic IT projects.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience managing IT-related projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Proven track record of driving projects forward and delivering results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting cloud migration projects.
- Background working within enterprise IT environments.
- PMP Certification (preferred, not required).
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
