Benefits & Compensation Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus PTO: Unlimited PTO Retirement: 401(k) with 4% match Medical: Health, vision, and dental plans available for individuals and families RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE Technical Business Analyst Meet with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, goals, and process requirements.

Lead requirements-gathering sessions and document clear, actionable business and functional requirements. Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria that development teams can implement. Map current-state and future-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Partner with developers, architects, QA teams, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve questions throughout delivery. Analyze data, business rules, and system behavior to support solution design and decision-making. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR Technical Business Analyst Proven ability to gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process reviews, and documentation analysis.

Experience translating business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, or other implementation-ready artifacts. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and how business requirements move from discovery through delivery. Experience analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending practical solutions.

Experience facilitating meetings, driving decisions, and following up on action items across multiple stakeholders. Timing is everything.
