Key Responsibilities

• Own key FP&A activities including month-end close, reporting, forecasting, and financial submissions
• Support accounting operations through general ledger management, accruals, reconciliations, and financial entries
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations, customer accounts, and special projects
• Develop and manage annual budgets for SG&A, marketing, and other functional areas
• Assist with audits, financial controls, and compliance requirements
• Maintain vendor, contract, and policy documentation while supporting financial process improvements

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1-3 years of finance, accounting, or FP&A experience
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, SAP, Power BI, or similar reporting tools preferred
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
