  • Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and DialogFlow AI solution designs into clear functional and non-functional specifications
  • Supporting the design, configuration, and testing of solutions built on Google GECX Platform and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and Secrets Manager, ensuring solutions meet business and technical standards
  • Contributing to the development and validation of Python-based integrations and APIs built with FastAPI and Flask, performing technical analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization across AI Ops workflows
  • Driving continuous improvement by analyzing operational data, identifying process inefficiencies, and recommending AI-driven solutions that enhance customer operations, automation, and overall delivery performance

We are looking for a versatile and technically strong analyst who thrives in fast-paced, AI-driven environments. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis and/or technical analysis roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex AI, cloud, or digital transformation projects in Customer Ops or AI Ops contexts
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and Secrets Manager, combined with hands-on familiarity with Google GECX Platform and DialogFlow AI solutions
  • Practical understanding of Agentic AI and Conversational AI technologies, with the ability to analyze, document, and validate AI-driven solutions that meet both business and technical requirements
  • Proficiency in Python and experience working with API frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask, with the ability to perform technical analysis, review code logic, and support integration testing across cloud-based AI systems
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical findings clearly to diverse audiences, and a collaborative mindset that drives alignment across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
