Lead, Full Stack 12+ years Full-stack leadership; Java 17/21; Spring Boot; microservices; REST APIs; React or Angular; JavaScript/TypeScript; PostgreSQL/SQL; Microsoft Azure; Docker; AKS; Kafka/messaging; CI/CD; Azure DevOps/GitHub; automated testing; secure coding; logging; monitoring; troubleshooting; code review; mentoring; performance engineering and production readiness.

AI-assisted software engineering required; banking preferred. Experience delivering in Agile/Scaled Agile environments required, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, PI planning, dependency management and cross-functional POD collaboration.
