Distribution & Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on operations leader to run our distribution, warehouse, and customer service teams. You’ll make sure patients get the equipment and supplies they need, when they need them, by keeping deliveries on schedule, inventory accurate, and customers well supported. You’ll work closely with our sales team to turn referrals into timely patient care.

What You’ll

Own

Distribution performance

• Meet targets for scheduled stops, completed stops, and time per stop
• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes
• Manage the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, scheduling, and compliance

Warehouse and inventory

• Oversee warehouse processes and controls
• Order, receive, and track inventory to keep stock accurate and available
• Manage warranty claims and returns

Team leadership

• Lead the distribution, warehouse, and customer service teams
• Set daily goals, supervise day-to-day work, and coach staff to hit them
• Delegate effectively and keep multiple teams aligned on shared priorities

Cross-team collaboration

• Partner with sales to ensure timely, coordinated patient care

What You Bring

Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work early mornings (5 AM starts)
• Proficiency in Excel and other business software
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to lead and delegate across multiple teams and competing goals
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to solve problems independently and keep learning

Nice to have

• Spanish-speaking ability
• Experience in healthcare, home medical equipment, or logistics and distribution

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
