Qualifications

• 2 - 5+ years of corporate or transactional experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Georgia active bar admission required.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$225,000 . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, years of practice, and other qualifications.
