Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator supports Aktion’s Shared Services marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns, creative projects, events and digital communications. This is an early-career role combining day-to-day marketing coordination and execution with graphic design and campaign support.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Create and update marketing materials including digital ads, social graphics, presentations, email graphics, event materials and sales collateral.
• Support the execution of email, digital, and lead generation campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing activities and lead management for campaigns, webinars, trade shows and events.
• Assist with website updates and other digital marketing activities.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure materials are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.
• Provide general project coordination and administrative support.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Degree or diploma in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-op placements, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong graphic design skills; examples of creative work are an asset.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with Canva is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidate must be professional, technology-oriented and computer proficient
• Comfortable learning new marketing technologies and working in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with HubSpot, WordPress or B2B marketing is an asset, but not required.

On-site Maumee, OH
