Senior Accountant

Accountants One is working with a Real Estate Company looking for a Senior Accountant. They are adding to the team due to a promotion. This person will work directly with the Accounting Manager/ Controller and will get exposure to the CFO.

This is a very collaborative team, and they work closely together.

The Senior Accountant will handle the following

Assist with the development of project accounting reporting along with booking investment entries Review projects, waterfalls, quarterly close entries, and A/R Assist with audit preparation in accordance with GAAP Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting to the parent company Prepare forecasts and reports to show the parent company Research, book actuals to forecast, and ad hoc reporting Treasury/cash management – maintain banking relationships Maintain and monitor expenses, corporate T&E, create entries, report budget to actual to key leadership Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance MUST have a CPA or CPA tracking 3+ years of real estate accounting Blend of public accounting and industry ideal Or straight from Public Accounting ERP system experience Team-oriented person who can work in a collaborative work environment Must have real estate industry experience 18713
