The Employee & Labour Relations Business
Partner (ELRBP) provides consulting and guidance regarding employee and labour relations matters to leaders, managers, employee and our People team throughout our organisation. The ELRBP helps ensure the legal compliance, adherence to and consistent application of Apple policies and practices. This work is accomplished through strong collaboration with multiple partners and functions across Apple.
Substantial employee and labour relations experience in Spain. Knowledge of Spanish employment laws and regulations.
Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders and work streams across markets Demonstrated ability to work independently, including the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise tasks Ability to learn quickly and adapt flexibly to different situations Demonstrated command skills and an ability to influence others Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively.
Exceptional communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation Knowledge of Spanish employment laws and regulations. Working fully remote in Spain Availability to travel for work Fluent in Spanish and English
A degree in a relevant field such as Law, Human Resources, or Employment Sciences.
