Senior Product Engineer

What you'll do

• Extend Wonderful’s platform by designing and building reusable primitives that turn one-off customer and internal needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Become a top contributor to the Wonderful Catalog by shipping custom tools, agent skills, applications, and end-to-end workflows that teams and customers genuinely adopt.
• Own and evolve our organizational knowledge agent, demo factory, and other internal systems the company relies on every day.
• Turn successful prototypes into stable, supported products that become part of Wonderful’s core offering.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience building production software, with strong technical depth and the ability to own architecture and move quickly across the stack.
• Ex-founder or founding-team member who has built and shipped a product from zero, owned outcomes end to end, and made decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong product instincts, with experience prioritizing roadmaps and building tools that teams genuinely rely on.
• Exceptional communicator who creates clarity across engineering, product, GTM, leadership, and customers.
• Highly proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building the systems that enable a fast-moving organization to scale.
