主要职责

• 设备操作与维护
• 获得岗位认证（通常为单一工序站点），在规定培训期内完成
• 按照 MPI（工艺指导）规范操作生产设备，处理常见告警
• 保持设备及工作环境的清洁整齐
• 质量管理与控制
• 测量各类质量参数，监控 SPC（统计过程控制）和薄膜检测数据（HRMT、P图等）
• 执行生产过程中的质量控制和异常处理
• 及时发现并报告任何质量偏差和异常情况
• 物料与工艺管理
• 及时准备生产所需的原材料、消耗品、化学品及专用工具
• 监控在制品（WIP），根据需要调整生产计划和优先级
• 持续学习与改进
• 持续学习和实践，通过初级、中级、高级技能认证
• 发现并报告生产、质量、设备、设施及安全卫生方面的异常
• 合规与安全
• 遵守公司规章制度、工作纪律和安全要求
• 完成日常产出目标

任职要求

学历

• 高中或中专及以上学历

技能与知识

• 语言能力： 基础英文水平，掌握约 300 个英文单词，能操作全英文界面的生产工具
• 专业知识：
• 洁净室操作规范，具备基础污染控制知识
• 环境、安全、质量意识和基础知识
• 部分岗位需要化学品处理技能
• 理解 ECS、SPC、传送系统等，能高效操作
• 计算机技能： 能够高效输入和查询各类生产质量数据和记录
