About the Role

Threat Tec is seeking an Agile Program Manager to lead a large, cross-functional professional services team supporting U.S. Army simulation, training, test and threat acquisition programs in Orlando, Florida and at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. This is a key personnel role.

You will lead the overall contract effort and move a traditional staffing model to an Agile, capacity-based model, where work is pulled from a prioritized backlog and success is measured by outcomes and delivery velocity rather than headcount.
