Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Python AI Developer with experience in technology leadership, software development, cloud computing, Agile delivery, and cross-functional team collaboration. The role supports the design and delivery of technology solutions by translating business requirements into practical technical outcomes.

The position combines software development expertise with technology leadership responsibilities, including team guidance, technology evaluation, roadmap development, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination. The role contributes to business objectives by improving delivery effectiveness, supporting informed technology decisions, and aligning technology initiatives with business strategy.

Software Requirements

Required Software Skills

• Python and software development technologies: Experience applying software development principles and working with relevant programming technologies. Python experience is expected for the Python AI Developer role.
• Software systems: In-depth understanding of various technologies, software systems, system integrations, and development practices.
• Project management tools: Practical experience using project management, work-tracking, planning, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Agile methodologies: Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery practices.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams involved in software development and technology initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and delivery support to team members.
• Drive technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed scope, quality, timeline, and resource expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
