Job Descrpition

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior of Technical Accounting to join our growing Accounting team. As Shield AI scales its global aerospace, defense, software, and AI operations, this role will help ensure that complex transactions are accounted for accurately and reflected clearly in our consolidated financial statements.

This role sits at the intersection of technical accounting, financial reporting, audit readiness, and cross-functional business partnership. You will research and draft accounting conclusions for complex and significant transactions, support the preparation of audited financial statements and other monthly and quarterly reporting, and help develop scalable accounting policies, controls, and reporting processes.
