About this role
The Experience
Salesforce's Sales Cloud UX Team is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of Sales Cloud, our flagship product that helps sales teams be more productive and impactful. Today that increasingly means designing and building intelligent, agentic experiences.
Our 30+ product designers around the globe work AI-natively, prototyping in code and designing the patterns for how people work with agents. You'll solve meaningful problems at scale, designing for inclusivity and accessibility.
You'll research, design, and prototype AI-first concepts, bringing them to life with vibe coding and AI-assisted prototyping. You'll partner closely with product and engineering and own the end-to-end experience of your work.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Design AI and agentic experiences, including conversational interfaces, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, and trust and transparency patterns.
- Rapidly build working prototypes with vibe coding and AI tools to explore ideas, test with users, and align stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and user research to set the vision, and produce detailed design specs to ship polished, high-quality products.
- Extend our design system for AI-driven patterns, and advocate for accessible, globally universal design.
You're Our Person If...
- 4+ years designing and delivering software products end to end in a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered products or features, with portfolio examples showing your process and decisions.
- Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your design workflow, including vibe coding, plus expert knowledge of Figma.
- Strong communication and systems thinking, with the ability to build consensus on fast-moving, ambiguous projects.
Even Better If...
- Experience contributing to design systems, shipping production code or PRs as a designer, or building your own AI-assisted tools and workflows.
