Job description

About this role

The Experience Our Enterprise Sales team in Auckland partners with some of New Zealand's most influential organisations to drive digital and AI transformation through the Salesforce platform.

As an Account Executive, Enterprise, you will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, working alongside Agentforce AI to accelerate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and close deals that make a real impact.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle across a defined set of enterprise accounts — from pipeline development through to close — delivering consistent quota attainment
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, positioning Salesforce as a strategic partner in their AI and CRM transformation journey.
  • Collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, and partner teams to design and present compelling proposals tailored to each customer's business outcomes.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain rigorous pipeline discipline to support territory planning and business growth across New Zealand

You're Our Person If...

  • You have proven experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • You can engage confidently at the C-suite level, translating business challenges into technology solutions with clear ROI
  • You bring strong skills in territory planning, pipeline management, and deal execution — including negotiation and closing
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviours for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

Benefits

We are pioneers of the Pledge 1% model, giving back through product, grants, and community service to those in need. We're proud to be #1 in PEOPLE's Top 50 Companies that Care and featured on Fortune's Change the World list — and here in ANZ, that commitment is felt every day.

Every Salesforce employee receives:

  • 7 paid volunteer days per year — use them to give back to causes that matter to you and your local community

  • Health, Life, Trauma and Income Insurance
  • Monthly Wellness Allowance — because your wellbeing matters
  • Flexible Time Off & leave policies — we trust you to manage your time
  • Parental benefits — supporting you through every stage of life
  • Perks and discounts — from everyday savings to added extras

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, sex, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We are committed to ensuring individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation throughout the application and interview process.
