What You Will Do *

• Perform mechanical assembly, testing, and inspection of aerospace products.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and safety/quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve assembly or quality issues.

What You Will Learn

• Aerospace assembly and testing processes.
• Proper use of tools, equipment, and inspection methods.
• CORE problem solving tools, 5S, quality, and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

You Must Have *

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical/assembly skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

We Prefer

• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Technical/vocational training.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, testing, or inspection.
