  • Build strong relationships with supported executives and their offices to understand their personal styles and communication needs.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to enhance executives’ thought leadership and digital presence.

Content Development and Accuracy:

  • Maintain strict accuracy and source discipline, aligning all content to approved materials such as press releases, earnings materials, transcripts and keynote remarks.
  • Communicate confidently on financial, legal, policy and technology topics, with sound judgment on disclosure and sensitivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with executive offices and chiefs of staff, the executive 360 teams, Corporate Communications (Media Relations, Executive Communications, Speakerships and Competitive Communications), and Product and Business Unit Communications to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Partner with Investor Relations, Legal and Government Affairs to align executive content with disclosure, legal and policy considerations.
  • Contribute to Editorial Council planning and partner with the social analytics team on reporting and insights.
  • Act as a liaison between executive communications and corporate departments, including HR and finance.

Content Calendar Management:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that balances strategic priorities, executive priorities, thought leadership angles, corporate campaigns and key events.
  • Coordinate with broader marketing and communications initiatives to ensure consistency and timeliness.
  • Contribute to team operations, including processes and structures for planning and organization.

Visual Storytelling:

  • Partner with designers and use AI tools to create engaging visuals, such as infographics, videos, and presentations.
  • Integrate storytelling techniques to simplify complex topics and engage target audiences.
  • Comfort capturing photo and video on mobile devices at key moments, campaigns, and events, partnering with production resources as needed.

Audience Insights and Analytics:

  • Use analytics tools to gather insights into audience behavior and preferences.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics in partnership with the social analytics team to refine strategies and optimize impact.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Innovation and Experimentation:

  • Explore and implement new AI tools and techniques to enhance content creation and strategy.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into workflows.
  • Foster creativity and experimentation within the team to drive continuous improvement.

AI-Driven Content Creation:

  • Utilize advanced AI tools to draft high-quality, thought leadership focused digital content for Qualcomm’s executives.
  • Develop and refine AI agents and prompts to align with each executive’s unique voice and evolving strategic goals.
