The Role
As a Data Engineer, you will help to build and maintain the data foundations, reporting workflows, and automations that support Recruiting and Hiring Operations. This role will work cross-functionally with Hiring Operations, Recruiters, Data, Security, Privacy, and other technical and non technical partners to turn complex recruiting processes into reliable datasets, dashboards, and operational tools.
The ideal candidate enjoys working at the intersection of data engineering and business operations. You will be expected to understand how recruiting workflows generate data and build practical solutions that improve day to day operations.
This role is well suited for someone who can move fluidly between building a pipeline, debugging an integration, creating a dashboard, documenting an operating procedure, and helping stakeholders understand how to use the resulting tool.
