About this role

NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 fueled the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing — with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. This is our life’s work — to amplify human creativity and intelligence.

Are you ready to help us change the world? Our team takes pride in building a wide range of products — GPU PCIe cards, SHIELD consumer devices, Jetson embedded platforms, DRIVE autonomous vehicle technologies, modular data center architectures, and more.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help bring ground-breaking technologies to life! Our team of contractors extends certain engineering capabilities in the systems products organization. We are seeking a highly motivated, execution-driven personnel manager to oversee the logistical and operational coordination of our contractor workforce.

The role ensures efficient onboarding, training compliance, and accurate workforce tracking of a large contractor pool, partnering with functional engineering managers who will drive the contractor workload & day-to-day technical supervision.

This role requires mandatory on-site presence, five days per week at our Santa Clara HQ office.

What you'll be doing:

  • Onboarding: Coordinate and track contractor onboarding, including system access, physical access, equipment, and operational readiness
  • Training: Ensure required training is scheduled, tracked, and completed on time
  • Resource Management: Create and maintain contractor records, tracking key milestones, status, and assignments
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with functional managers, HR, IT, and staffing vendors to remove blockers and drive timely execution
  • Operational Excellence: Improve workflows, maintain data accuracy, and provide clear status reporting to leadership

What we need to see:

  • Bachelors or Masters (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ overall years of experience
  • 2+ years experience in workforce operations, program coordination, or contractor management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with resource management tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, accountable, and relentless in driving tasks to completion
  • Proven communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Managing resources specific to server development and/or validation
  • Experience managing large volumes of resources (hundreds or thousands)
  • Your success in this role will be dependent on successful execution of timely contractor onboarding, 100% workforce tracking coverage, completion of required training, and proactive resolution of operational bottlenecks

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .

Applications for this job will be accepted at least until November 9, 2026.

This posting is for an existing vacancy.
