Digital Asset Operations Specialist

This is a hands-on operations role at a crypto-native hedge fund, where the markets never stop and operational workflows run around the clock. You will be a core part of the team executing the trade lifecycle, digital asset operations, reconciliations, and more, reporting into the COO team and partnering daily with trading, technology, and compliance.

The work suits someone who finds disorder genuinely uncomfortable, notices the discrepancy nobody else caught, and takes pride in getting the details right. Beyond keeping records accurate across fund admin, prime broker, and custody partners, you will spot inefficiencies and drive the process improvement and automation that lets operations scale as the firm grows.
