As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy for Microsoft's certificate and secret management platforms.
  • Lead large-scale security modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy infrastructure to cloud-native security platforms.
  • Partner with engineering, security, compliance, and service teams to improve protection of cryptographic assets and reduce operational risk.
  • Drive adoption of secure-by-default capabilities including hardware-backed key protection, automated certificate lifecycle management, and centralized secret governance.
  • Develop and execute roadmaps for cryptographic agility and post-quantum readiness across critical services.
  • Influence senior leaders and partner organizations to align on priorities, investments, and adoption plans.
  • Use data and telemetry to identify risks, measure security posture improvements, and guide product investments.
  • Balance customer needs, operational excellence, regulatory requirements, and engineering constraints to deliver long-term platform outcomes.
  • Lead complex cross-organizational initiatives involving multiple service teams and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
