Jam City is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Management, located in our Los Angeles office. They will report to the Senior Director, People & Culture, lead the People Partner team, and own the talent programs that drive performance and growth across Jam City.

As a strategic partner to senior leaders, you will play a hands-on role in employee relations, performance management, career development, and organizational change, ensuring our people programs are effective, consistent, and aligned to business needs.
