Full Stack Software Engineer, Google Photos

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development (Java, etc.).
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications

• 5 years of experience with android application development.
• 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Analyze the system, conduct in-depth search, and deliver improvements.
• Translate ideas into functional demos, enable iteration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with product, analytics, and privacy teams to refine requirements, define success metrics, and ensure responsible feature launches.
• Build adaptable and resilient code that can evolve alongside advancements in large language model (LLM) technology.
• Maintain standards to guarantee a reliable experience for users.
