• I understand that all work for General Medicine — including chats, visits, documentation, and any patient-related tasks — must be performed while physically located within the United States. I understand this applies for the full duration of my contract, with no exceptions for travel, vacation, or working remotely from abroad. I confirm I do not have any upcoming plans that would require me to work from outside the U.S.
• Do you currently hold other clinical employment (W-2, 1099, or otherwise)? If yes, have you confirmed with that employer that outside telehealth/1099 work is permitted under your existing contract?
• This role involves working across several platforms for chat, video, documentation, and scheduling, with some administrative overhead beyond direct patient care. How comfortable are you adapting to multiple new software tools and workflows in your first few weeks?
