  • Translate business hiring requirements into clear recruitment priorities and action plans.
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines, anticipate hiring gaps and adjust activities to support upcoming training groups and operational needs.
  • Manage internal applications, referrals and rehire cases in line with company procedures.
  • Handle complex candidate cases and recruitment escalations, ensuring timely decisions and clear communication.

Team coordination and support

  • Coordinate daily recruitment activities and distribute workloads according to hiring priorities, team capacity and language requirements.
  • Provide guidance to recruiters and hybrid recruitment colleagues on candidate assessment, communication and recruitment procedures.
  • Monitor individual and team delivery, identify challenges and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Support the onboarding and development of recruitment team members through practical coaching and feedback.
  • Maintain continuity during team absences and ensure recruitment activities remain covered.

Stakeholder management

  • Align stakeholders on hiring requirements, candidate profiles, recruitment progress and expected start dates.
  • Coordinate candidate handovers, training schedules, induction arrangements and documentation deadlines.
  • Follow up on interview feedback and hiring decisions to prevent unnecessary delays.
  • Escalate risks affecting recruitment delivery, candidate starts or training attendance and coordinate their resolution.

Reporting and recruitment analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, hiring forecasts and productivity updates.
  • Track candidate inflow, contact activity, interview attendance, conversion rates, training starts, dropouts and completed hires.
  • Analyse recruitment results by role, source and other relevant measures to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor progress against hiring targets and communicate risks, priorities and recommended actions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reconcile information across recruitment, training and operational reports.

Process quality and systems

  • Maintain accurate and consistent use of the applicant tracking system, including candidate statuses, rejection reasons and follow-up records.
  • Ensure recruitment trackers, interview records and training files are complete and up to date.
  • Monitor candidate follow-up, pending decisions and on-hold cases to keep pipelines moving.
  • Review recruitment workflows, identify recurring issues and implement practical improvements.
  • Maintain recruitment procedures, templates and team guidance to support consistent execution.
  • Handle candidate information confidentially and in line with company data protection requirements.

Sourcing and employer branding

  • Partner with Marketing and Employer Branding on recruitment campaigns, messaging and candidate attraction.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of job boards, referrals, social media and other sourcing channels.
  • Share candidate feedback and recruitment insights to improve advertising accuracy and campaign performance.
  • Recommend sourcing approaches based on hiring demand and pipeline quality.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, including high-volume recruitment.
