Join the power movement as a Quality Engineer
Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) is looking for dedicated and highly motivated off-shift Quality Engineers to oversee manufacturing process quality for our HTS Magnet production and the SPARC Project. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will take ownership of process stability and defect resolution on the production floor, ensuring our manufacturing processes yield reliable, first-of-a-kind hardware.
You will partner closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to monitor process health, lead root cause investigations, and manage the end-to-end Non-Conformance Report (NCR) workflow. By implementing robust process controls and risk-informed corrective actions, you will resolve complex fabrication challenges and directly enable the SPARC project mission.
