Photonic Packaging Engineer

We are looking for a Photonic Packaging Engineer to develop advanced packaging platforms and electromechanical assemblies for Silicon Photonics Integrated Circuits and chipsets. You will automate assembly systems and apply AI/ML analytics to optimize manufacturing. Ideal candidates have significant experience in hardware/process automation and a strong background in photonics or semiconductor technology.
