Job description

Ensure SMT lines (placement, oven, printing,SPI/AOI/AXI, laser marking and conveyor) running smoothly
Support production and process team
Support and conduct implementation of BPS
Ensure low downtime and high OEE of equipment, low failure rate
Reach QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets by continuous improvement
Trouble shooting for all SMT production line equipment and offline equipment
Basic program debug, optimization
Regular TPM of equipment (Screen printing, Placement, Reflow Oven, Cleaning machine)
Regular maintenance for tooling and spare parts (Placement head, feeder, stencil, fixtures, etc)
Keep self-learning and exploration to improve self-competence
Provide support during sample production/EWAK
Product quality problem disposal
Reflow oven profile test boarding making
Reduce product failure rate and machine downtime
Technical support engineer if necessary
Other tasks from supervisor
