IN_RBAI_Sr.Engineer/ Asst.Manager_Engineering & Validation_IN

• Ensure the Laboratory operations & MAE maintenance (Supplier coordination for AMC & upliftment of machine)
• Global coordination for budget and machine requirements
• Perform the tests, analyse & release validation report for RPP,Localization, QZ & Process improvement projects
• Interface to Customer for validation plan finalization & validation relevant discussions
• Support for proto sample build, validation and Sample to Customer (S2C) activities
• Coordinate Internal, external quality audits and IT in Lab activities,while ensure readiness to face audits
• BOM migration activity in SAP
• Problem solving support for internal issue and reduce internal IDC%

B.E Mechanical engineering / Electrical engineering

Required competencies

• Handson experience in operating Electrical devices/ equipments and
• operating environmental & Corrosion chambers
• Basic knowledge in handling BOM in SAP
• Hands on experience in 8D, FMEA , 5 Why, fault tree analysis.
• Extensive knowledge on IN-HUB motor and electrical drives (AC &DC)
• Basic knowledge on Design software.
• Good Communication and negotiation skill
