- Problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

- BPS Knowhow
Technical:
- Strong knowledge of IT/OT systems, industrial networks, and automation protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT)
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data frameworks
- Experience in Industry 4.0 or digital transformation projects
- Coding skill on general full‑stack
- Proficiency in data analytics, AI/ML, and Big Data tools
