Backend Engineer for Cloud-based Solution (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big:

As part of our development team, you will play a key role in building and operating our new cloud‑based sizing solution for electric drive applications . In this role, you will help transform complex industrial requirements into scalable digital solutions that support our global customers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain a new cloud‑based sizing solution with a strong focus on backend services.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (setup, configuration, monitoring, maintenance).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure high‑quality and reliable deployments.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate technical needs into scalable cloud services.

What distinguishes you

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience designing and implementing backend services for cloud applications.
• Proven experience managing cloud infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines in production environments.

Know‑how

• Experience with microservice architectures and cloud‑native development.
• Strong programming skills in Java and C# .
• Solid understanding of compliant use of open‑source software in commercial environments.
• Basic knowledge of sizing industrial drives is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), DevOps tools, or Kubernetes is an advantage.

Languages

• Excellent written and spoken English.
