职位内容:

1.与博世具体需求相结合，负责提升VLM在细分领域上的性能和表现，提高模型安全性和可控性。参与数据集的处理和管理，开发并优化大模型。

3.积极跟进大模型的前沿技术发展，探索新技术进行原型验证。

Responsibilities

• 1.
• Conduct research on improving performance of Vision Language Model (VLM) in specific domains, and enhancing the safety and controllability of models.
• Participate in the processing and management of datasets.
• Develop and deploy VLMs and MLLMs.
• 2.
• Closely collaborate with researchers from top institutions in China, push the completion and application of research projects, publish academic papers, and apply for relevant patents.
• 3.
• Actively follow frontiers of research, extensively explore viable research ideas and applications, and verify prototypes. 我们希望你： 1. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、应用数学等相关专业的博士。有较强的编程能力，熟练掌握PyTorch等主流框架。 2. 熟悉多模态大模型或LLM，有相关项目经历者优先。 3. 流利的英语听说读写能力，有海外经历者优先。 4. 在顶尖期刊或会议上发表过论文者优先。 Requirements: 1.
• Strong programming skills, proficiency in mainstream deep learning frameworks, e.g.
• PyTorch.
• Experience in relevant projects is a plus.
