100% UX Researcher position

focused on qualitative & quantitative research, user studies, usability testing, research insights, and stakeholder storytelling.

Required:

• 8+ years of UX Research experience
• Strong

Qualitative & Quantitative Research

experience

• Expertise in

Usability Testing & Research Planning

• Strong

Research Synthesis & Stakeholder Storytelling

• B2B / Enterprise user research experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or higher in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, UX, or related field
• Research portfolio demonstrating methodologies, insights, and outcomes
• Must be

local to Chicago

and available to work onsite as needed

Preferred Tools:

UserTesting, UserZoom, Qualtrics, Dovetail, Optimal Workshop, Maze, Lookback

Target Industries:

Automotive, Fleet Management, Transportation, Aviation/Airlines, Healthcare, Heavy Equipment, Manufacturing, Logistics, and B2B/Enterprise Technology.
