What You’ll Do

• Build warm, professional relationships with a portfolio of nationwide clients.
• Guide clients through updating their on‑hold marketing content with clarity and care.
• Write and edit marketing content for newsletters, email campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
• Support brand consistency and help strengthen customer engagement.
• Maintain organized communication, documentation, and follow‑through.
• Contribute positively to a small, collaborative, in‑office team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or 2+ years in customer service, account management, or marketing
• Strong writing skills.
• Comfortable with MS365 (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Reliable transportation to our Lakewood office.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
