Warrington Solutions is hiring Junior Account Executives to join our expanding Health Insurance Sales team in West Palm Beach.

We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, setting professional goals, and developing new skills through hands-on experience and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with prospective health insurance customers.
• Learn about health insurance products and services.
• Assist with customer acquisition and account development.
• Communicate with customers to identify their interests and coverage needs.
• Deliver health insurance product presentations when appropriately licensed.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and follow-up records.
• Work toward individual and team performance objectives.
