We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-level digital transformation, technology, data, and business-process initiatives.

This is a highly consultative and stakeholder-facing position. While strong business-analysis skills are essential, success in this role depends heavily on the ability to build trusted relationships, navigate challenging conversations, facilitate consensus, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with business, technical, data, project-management, and senior-leadership teams.

The Business Systems Analyst will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex and sometimes ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process improvements, and actionable technology solutions.

The position will also support organizational change, system interoperability, process improvement, governance, and broader digital-transformation initiatives.
