Security Engineer

Role: Senior AWS Cloud Security Engineer Location: Atlanta GA(Hybrid role) Key Responsibilities Remediate AWS infrastructure, container, and application security vulnerabilities. Secure ECS workloads through container hardening, patching, IAM remediation, and network controls. Investigate and resolve IAM and Cognito misconfigurations.

Upgrade vulnerable application dependencies and validate functionality through testing. Deploy and monitor changes using CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices. Implement data protection, backup, encryption, and recovery controls.

Coordinate vulnerability validation and closure with security stakeholders. Improve security posture through automation, standards, and preventive controls.
