About The Role
The UKG Pro HR Product team is looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to help advance the next generation of global HR capabilities for organizations with complex, multinational workforces.
In this role, you will partner with Product leaders, Engineering, Architecture, User Experience, customers, and teams across UKG to help shape and deliver scalable HR solutions that work across countries, regions, and diverse workforce needs.
You'll tackle complex product challenges at the intersection of global HR, employee data, enterprise SaaS, and modern technology. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, thinking beyond immediate requirements, and bringing together customer insights, market needs, and technical considerations to help define solutions that can scale globally.
This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the evolution of UKG's global HCM platform and the experiences we deliver to multinational organizations and their employees.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience within a technology-driven organization, ideally supporting enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience building products for global or multinational customers, with an understanding of how customer needs and product requirements vary across countries and regions.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Strong customer orientation and experience translating customer and market insights into scalable product solutions.
- Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and business teams without direct authority.
- Comfortable partnering with Engineering and Architecture on complex technical topics and evaluating the customer and business tradeoffs of different approaches.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect complex dependencies, and bring structure and clarity to challenging product problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating recommendations, business outcomes, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for building products that solve meaningful customer problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM), HR technology, payroll, workforce management, or adjacent enterprise software.
- Experience launching or expanding enterprise software products across multiple countries or regions.
- Understanding of global HR concepts, localization, privacy, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations.
- Experience with enterprise data, APIs, integrations, shared platform capabilities, or large-scale SaaS architectures.
- Experience with product modernization, platform transformation, or customer migration initiatives.
- Experience developing capabilities that are shared or reused across multiple products and customer experiences.
- Experience working directly with large enterprise customers and go-to-market teams.
- Experience conducting competitive and market analysis to identify product opportunities and inform prioritization.
