Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – MedSpa Fairfield CA | Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic NP or PA who is passionate about excellent patient outcomes, natural-looking results, and growing a loyal patient base. This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial provider to help drive the growth and consistent profitability of an established medical aesthetics practice.

What You’ll Do

• Perform aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, RF microneedling, and other energy-based procedures.
• Conduct personalized aesthetic consultations and create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Build long-term patient relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, referrals, and repeat treatments.
• Help grow patient volume, treatment-plan conversion, and MedSpa revenue.
• Train, mentor, and support existing nurse injectors.
• Maintain exceptional standards for patient safety, documentation, outcomes, and service.

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted California NP or PA license.
• At least 5 years of hands-on medical aesthetics experience.
• Advanced injectable expertise with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Laser and energy-based device experience preferred.
• Strong consultation, communication, and patient-conversion skills.
• A refined aesthetic eye, attention to detail, and commitment to natural-looking outcomes.
• Experience mentoring or training injectors preferred.
• Self-directed, professional, reliable, and motivated to grow a successful aesthetic practice.
