An Enterprise Staffing Operating Within The Bay Area Axis of California is Sourcing for *Electrical Engineers*

*Pay: $80-$120 / hr*

*Hiring Criteria*

**5+ years of hands-on professional electrical engineering experience in industry, for example in semiconductors, consumer electronics, power and utilities, aerospace and defense, automotive and EV, robotics, telecommunications, or medical devices.*

*Genuine ownership of real engineering work, for example designing and bringing up circuits or boards, running circuit simulations, specifying power systems, or taking hardware through design reviews, validation, and production.*

*Working fluency with common tools (for example SPICE/LTspice, Cadence, Altium, KiCad, MATLAB/Simulink, or ETAP) and familiarity with relevant codes and standards (for example IEEE, NEC, IPC, or UL).*

*Demonstrable career progression toward senior or lead engineering responsibility. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus but not required.*
