TRI Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our Pre-Construction and Project Management teams. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are properly estimated, planned, resourced, and executed on time and within budget while meeting profitability, quality, and safety expectations.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, project management, budgeting, and operational experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects, improve processes, and drive accountability across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Pre-Construction and Project Management teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor costs, and profitability.
• Ensure smooth project planning, estimating, and handoffs.
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
• Promote accountability, efficiency, quality, and safety across operations.
