– Full time position requiring periodic overtime with excellent benefit package working in the Grantsville area. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a passion for customer success and relationship building. General duties and responsibilities include; liaison between business clients, their independent sales representatives and operation aspects of our service provider.

Ensures the quality servicing of clients by assisting in monitoring key indicators and reports. Must be able to work independently with lead people, negotiate, speak publicly, analyze problems and translate company goals into actions necessary to achieve the goals. Some overnight travel is also required.

High School graduate with 2-4 years of successful and verifiable sales/customer service/client service experience in a high-quality service environment. Must be willing and able to work with business people in a fast paced, sales-oriented atmosphere. Experience with Microsoft office is required, Zoom or Microsoft Teams experience a plus.
